Description
Realm-Maker
From the mid-Realm rose Syr Villengard, the Patrician Lord of courts, councils, and ancient power. His House was said to have sprung from exile-nobles from beyond the Northlands, who brought with them the craft of organisation, the habit of command, and the seeds of order. Thus was Villengard high-born from the first — bred, privileged, ordained.
Villengard was more than warrior: he was realm-maker, grand architect of code where chaos reigned. It was he who convened the fractious lords, set their contests to calendar, and inscribed the laws that bound them. In his halls was wrought the very frame of the Realm itself, by which the Houses knew concord and contest alike, yet seldom collapse.
Yet Villengard was no cushioned lawgiver. When roused, the Lion’s banners carried over the Realm and beyond, until, at his height, he stood peerless, breaking the warhost of the legendary Von Isarstern — a triumph carved among the hallowed sagas of the Realm.
In time Villengard turned to his manor and gardens. His glory settled into legend, but never faded; the Lion abides, sword to hand, until the Realm calls.
