Description
The Tower Stands
Syr Lokartt’s shield blazed a white tower — stark, unbending, unassailable. This was no mere emblem, but the truth of him: he was guardian as much as champion, a knight who believed strength meant nothing if it was not given back to his people. He wore his victories not as personal glory but as the pride of his kith and kin.
Time saw rivals ascendant, wealth fleeting, the tides of fortune more ebbing than flowing. Yet Syr Lokartt did not fall into ruin. He bore his scars as proof of endurance, never yielding the ground or the glory he had won. His court became renowned for the study of the battle arts, shaping eager squires in their craft and in the virtues of resilience and loyalty.
Syr Lokartt was not of the flame that flares and dies, but of the tower that stands. Few could match his legacy — few could claim as many banners raised in triumph, and fewer still the many ranks shaped by their loyalty to his cause.
The tower stands — and those within its measure stand with it.
