Stoneheart

From the cliffs and sands of the southern coast came Syr Cerrak, a knight not born to grandeur but to quiet persistence. His seat stood close to the sea — modest in stone, yet strong in spirit. For many years it was little more than a coastal outpost, overlooked by most as too small to matter.

Yet Cerrak was nothing if not resilient. He commanded a host humble in number, yet vast in loyalty. Dismissed as foam upon the tide, he forged them into a wave that broke stone.

His rather curious symbol — two cherries, red upon black — spoke first of the bountiful orchards of his lands. Yet it carried deeper meaning: of strength drawn from small things, and of fruit that returns each season despite the dark winter.

Though often outnumbered, Cerrak’s cohorts fought with discipline and unity, and the proud discovered too late the cost of their disdain. His coastal band struck again and yet again with blows that echoed far beyond their size.

Thus did Syr Cerrak come to lead his men to the gates of the greatest lords of the realm, where few had expected their banners to fly — a knight of the southern shore who proved that even the smallest fortress may cast a long shadow.
